The Public Prosecution office of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste is honored to organize and host the XV Meeting of the Prosecutors General of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries.
Scheduled on October 25-27 2017, it is the first time Timor Leste hosts the CPLP Meeting of Prosecutors General.
On that occasion, the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste will receive the Community Prosecutors General and their respective delegations, Representatives of the Public Prosecutor’s office of Macau Administrative Region, as Meeting observer, and other guests from neighboring Countries.
I welcome you all and I want to express my immense joy at being able to receive you in Timorese homeland.
I have reasons to believe that the XV Meeting of Prosecutors General of the CPLP, in the path of previous ones, will contribute significantly to deepening the friendship relations, and cooperation among the Public Prosecutors of our Community, imbued with the same objectives, principles, and values.
In this phase of organization of the XV Meeting of the Prosecutors General of the CPLP, I consider it essential to keep multiple communication channels among all and to share the documentation and information of common interest.
